Gizlilik politikası

Fenpo telefonunu (iPhone ya da Android) Windows bilgisayarına bağlar. Milvasoft tarafından geliştirilir; bu politika Fenpo for Windows, Fenpo for iPhone ve Fenpo for Android için geçerlidir.

Fenpo'nun sunucusu ve hesap sistemi yoktur. Fenpo'nun yaptığı her şey senin kendi cihazların arasında olur. Hiçbir kişisel veriyi toplamıyor, saklamıyor, satmıyor ya da paylaşmıyoruz; cihazların arasında ne gönderdiğini göremeyiz.

Cihazlarının arasında kalanlar

Fenpo, istediğin işleri yapmak için verileri telefonunla eşleştirdiğin bilgisayar arasında doğrudan, Bluetooth ve yerel ağ (Wi‑Fi) üzerinden taşır. Açtığın özelliklere göre bunlar bildirimler, mesajlar, arama bilgileri, kişi adları, pano içeriği, gönderdiğin dosya ve fotoğraflar, bilgisayarda kullandığın sürece telefonunun kamerası ve ekranı, çalan medya bilgisi, pil düzeyi, odağın açık olup olmadığı, telefonda görmeyi seçtiğin bilgisayar bildirimleri ve paylaşılan klasörler, ve bilgisayarın katılabilmesi için girersen Kişisel Erişim Noktası'nın adı ve parolası (telefonda şifreli saklanır) olabilir. Bu veriler:

  • yalnızca eşleştirdiğin cihaza gider, bize ya da başkasına asla gitmez;
  • yolda şifrelenir (ağda sertifikası sabitlenmiş TLS 1.3, Bluetooth'ta AES-GCM);
  • yalnızca cihazlarında, Fenpo'nun kendi alanında tutulur. Eşleşme anahtarları eşleşmeyi silince, gelen dosyalar ve ayarlar Fenpo'yu kaldırınca silinir.

Eşleşme bilgisayarında gösterilen bir QR koduyla yapılır; oluşan anahtarlar cihazlarından hiç çıkmaz.

İzinler

Fenpo Bluetooth, yerel ağ, bildirimler, kamera, fotoğraflar ve ekran kaydı, Android'de ise mikrofon, SMS (yalnızca Bluetooth ile mesaj erişimi olmayan telefonlarda), bildirim erişimi ve erişilebilirlik hizmeti gibi izinler ister. Her biri yalnızca açtığın özellik için ve yalnızca eşleştirdiğin bilgisayarla veri alışverişi için kullanılır. Hepsini telefonunun ya da bilgisayarının ayarlarından kapatabilirsin.

Erişilebilirlik hizmeti (Android): yalnızca telefonunun ekranını bilgisayarınla paylaşırken, bilgisayarda yaptığın dokunma, kaydırma ve yazmaları telefonda uygulamak için kullanılır. Ekran içeriğini başka hiçbir amaçla okumaz ve hiçbir yere göndermez.

İnternet kullanımı

Fenpo for Windows interneti yalnızca telefon bildirimlerindeki uygulama simgelerini Apple'ın herkese açık App Store arama servisinden indirmek için kullanır; istekte uygulamanın kimliği vardır, seninle ilgili bir şey yoktur. Fenpo for iPhone interneti hiç kullanmaz. Fenpo'da analiz, reklam ya da takip yoktur.

Çökme raporları

Fenpo kayıtlarını yalnızca kendi cihazlarına yazar. Apple, Google ya da Microsoft ile tanılama verisi paylaşmayı kabul ettiysen, onların çökme raporları kişisel içeriğin olmadan geliştirici araçları üzerinden bize ulaşabilir.

Çocuklar

Fenpo 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve kimseden veri toplamaz.

Privacy policy

Fenpo connects your phone (iPhone or Android) and your Windows PC. It is made by Milvasoft and applies to Fenpo for Windows, Fenpo for iPhone and Fenpo for Android.

Fenpo has no servers and no accounts. Everything Fenpo does happens between your own devices. We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data, and we cannot see what you send between your devices.

What stays between your devices

To do what you ask of it, Fenpo moves data directly between your phone and the PC you paired it with, over Bluetooth and your local network (Wi‑Fi). Depending on the features you turn on, this can include notifications, messages, call information, contacts' names, clipboard contents, files and photos you send, your phone's camera and screen while you use them on the PC, media playback information, battery level, whether a Focus is on, the PC's notifications and shared folders you choose to see on the phone, and the Personal Hotspot name and password if you enter them so the PC can join it (stored encrypted on the phone). This data:

  • goes only to the device you paired, never to us or anyone else;
  • is encrypted on the way (TLS 1.3 with pinned certificates on the network, AES-GCM over Bluetooth);
  • is kept only on your devices, in Fenpo's own storage. Pairing keys are deleted when you unpair; received files and settings are deleted when you remove Fenpo.

Pairing uses a QR code shown on your PC; the keys it creates never leave your devices.

Permissions

Fenpo asks for permissions such as Bluetooth, local network, notifications, camera, photos and screen recording and, on Android, microphone, SMS (only on phones without Bluetooth message access), notification access and an accessibility service. Each one is used only for the feature you turn on, and only to exchange data with your paired PC. You can turn any of them off in your phone's or PC's settings.

Accessibility service (Android): used only while you share your phone's screen with your PC, to carry out on the phone the taps, swipes and typing you make on the PC. It does not read screen content for any other purpose and sends nothing anywhere else.

Internet use

Fenpo for Windows uses the internet only to download app icons for phone notifications from Apple's public App Store lookup service; the request contains the app's identifier, nothing about you. Fenpo for iPhone does not use the internet at all. Fenpo has no analytics, advertising or tracking.

Crash reports

Fenpo writes logs only on your own devices. If you have agreed to share diagnostics with Apple, Google or Microsoft, their crash reports may reach us through their developer tools, without your personal content.

Children

Fenpo is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
